What is the length of a cacao gathering?
Cacao ceremonies are typically 2 hours in length. Sometimes participants like to stay a bit longer to connect and mingle.
I have allergies, what are the ingredients in the cacao used in ceremony?
Whole cacao beans (native heirloom strain only)
Organic Vanilla Bean
Organic Panela (natural sweetener, unrefined & high in minerals)
Organic Peruvian Chile
Where are the cacao ceremonies located?
Typically ceremonies are held outdoors in nature (during the warmer months). It’s an important element to experience these ceremonies on the land. With this in mind, if the weather is not ideal there will be a rescheduled rain date available when you purchase your ticket. If in the event the ceremony needs to be rescheduled due to weather, it will be communicated by email 24 hours in advance. During the colder months, ceremonies will be held indoors. The location will be indicated in the event description.
What should I wear to a cacao gathering? Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to sit for an extended period. Earth tones or white are often suggested to align with the ceremonial setting.
